How does it work?
Simply dial our number from any phone - landline or mobile. No apps, no accounts, no fuss. Just pick up the phone and start chatting. We'll remember you for next time.
Is it really available 24/7?
Yes! Our companions never sleep. Whether it's the middle of the night or early morning, they're always happy to have a chat. Night owls and early birds are equally welcome.
Can the companions help with questions about current events?

How much does it cost?
Your first 2 minutes are free with no sign-up needed. After that, we have simple monthly plans: Starter £4.99 (25 mins), Standard £14.99 (80 mins), or Premium £39.99 (200 mins). You can also buy top-up packs that never expire.
Can I gift RingFriend to someone?

What happens when I run out of minutes?
You'll still be able to call, but you'll be reminded that you're out of minutes. You can top up anytime with a minutes pack or upgrade your subscription to get more minutes each month.
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No long-term commitments.
