Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on servers within the EU/UK. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Call recordings are processed to extract memories and may be deleted after processing, while summaries and facts are retained to enable the memory feature.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you use the service. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days. Call recordings are typically deleted within 7 days of processing.
